2. Service Description

Ocean AI provides an AI-powered business intelligence assistant. The service uses multiple AI models to search proprietary knowledge bases and provide sourced responses to business-related questions.

3. Account Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate registration information
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must not share account access with unauthorized parties
• You must be at least 18 years old to use this service

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Attempt to extract, scrape, or systematically download our knowledge base content
• Use the service to train competing AI models (distillation)
• Circumvent rate limits, access controls, or security measures
• Use the service for illegal purposes or to generate harmful content
• Resell or redistribute AI responses commercially without permission
• Attempt prompt injection or other attacks against the AI system

5. Subscription and Payment

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time through the customer portal. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

6. Intellectual Property

Ocean AI and its knowledge base content are proprietary. AI-generated responses are provided for your personal business use. The underlying training data, models, and platform remain our intellectual property.

7. Limitation of Liability

AI responses are provided for informational purposes only and should not be considered professional legal, financial, or tax advice. Always verify important decisions with qualified professionals.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, particularly for abuse, data extraction attempts, or non-payment.
