- Chat data: Your questions, AI responses, and feedback (thumbs up/down) to improve our service.
- Company profiles: Business information you voluntarily provide for personalization.
- Usage data: Timestamps, session information, and feature usage for analytics.
- Payment information: Processed securely through Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers.
2. How We Use Your Information
- Provide and improve the AI assistant service
- Personalize AI responses to your business context
- Analyze usage patterns to improve model quality (including A/B testing)
- Process payments and manage subscriptions
- Respond to support requests
- Detect and prevent abuse or unauthorized access
3. Data Retention
We retain your chat history and account data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting support.
4. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption, access controls, and rate limiting to protect your data. Authentication is handled through Clerk, a SOC 2 certified provider.
5. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services:
- Clerk: Authentication and user management
- Stripe: Payment processing
- AI Providers: Anthropic, Google, and OpenAI for AI model inference
Your chat content is sent to AI providers for processing. Each provider has their own data handling policies.
